Pick-up/Removal: It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up or arrange to have items picked up by the designated scheduled timeframe and must supply their own handling equipment, trucking and personnel. Buyer is responsible for physically handling their items including packing, dismantling, disassembling and transporting of items. Buyer has 1 day for pick-up from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. by appointment only. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY JANUARY 12 BY 4 PM.
