Eric Rubin of Moecker Auctions has worked in this field for over 18 years as a well known, well respected, licensed auctioneer and appraiser. Eric has successfully accomplished hundreds of on-site inspections, appraisals and auctions for a multitude of different types of personal property ranging from basic household items, office equipment to Ponzi scheme liquidations, high tech manufacturing equipment, medical equipment, factories and virtually everything in-between.

Working out of our main office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Eric has been the chief auctioneer and vice president of auction operations since 2002. He has conducted hundreds of auctions and liquidations of an extremely wide range of assets. Eric supervises and manages the preparation and sale of assets at auction or liquidation. Eric conducts on site appraisals and site visits for a multitude of clients such as; lending institutions, attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, assignees, receivers, banks and private individuals.

Eric’s accreditations include CES (Certified Estate Specialist), USPAP qualified (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) as well as degrees in Broadcast Announcing and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

Robin Williams, GPPA, CES, Auctioneer, AU 4607 Director of Auction Operations

As Director of Auction Operations, Robin works to facilitate and implement goals, strategies and procedures of the Auction Company.  She is an Auctioneer, Certified Graduate Personal Property Appraiser and a Certified Estate Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.  As a former controller for a top ten South Florida printing company for over 27 years, she has been able to take advantage of a strong business background and utilize it in assessing business operations and asset valuation.  This has qualified Robin to be a Case Administrator as well as a Personal Property Appraiser and Estate Specialist.

As a Case Administrator for Assignees, Receivers and Trustees at Michael Moecker and Associates, Inc. Robin serves as liaison between Trustee and Business Owner/Client during business transitions such as ABC’s (Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors), Receiverships,  sale of assets, consolidation and reorganization.  She has supervised numerous business liquidations, some with multiple locations (both in state and out of state), managed going concerns while businesses restructure or close operations.  She has also liquidated closing businesses through bulk sale, orderly liquidation or auction formats.

Moecker Realty is often called upon in cases involving real property.  Robin is qualified as a real estate associate to sell property in a conventional real estate transaction or use an auction platform as a means of real property liquidation.

Robin is USPAP (Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice) qualified and is a member of both the Florida Auctioneers Association (FAA) and the National Auctioneers Association (NAA).  Her appraisal experience has been augmented through case experience and auction set-ups.  Examples of managed cases include:  Plumbing Contractors, Security Company, Floral Supply, Telecommunications Equipment, High-End Furniture Retailers, Electrical Contractor, High End Apparel Manufacturer/Designer, Electronic Media, Charter Airline, Offset Printing Company, Agricultural – container and field grown nurseries, etc.

As part Moecker Auctions, Robin calls online bids for Proxibid, Rings for auctions, organizes auction set-ups and educates auction buyers as needed on protocol and information for various auctions.

Eulalia Rodriguez, ATS, Auctioneer, AU 4272
Auction Coordinator

Eulalia “Laly” Rodriguez of Moecker Auctions, Inc. has been working in the auction field for over 14 years as our Auction Coordinator. Working out of our main office, Laly is a valuable part of the Moecker Auctions team. Her specialties include the coordination and preparation of a wide variety of assets for auction’s and liquidation’s including the preparation and designing of advertisements and marketing materials for upcoming sales, preparing settlement statements and reports post auction.  Laly manages the registration and book keeping of the on-line and on-site auction events and provides invaluable customer service to our clients and buyers.

Laly has successfully completed the Auction Technology Specialist (ATS) certification class offered through the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. She is also a licensed auctioneer in the State of Florida.

Laly is a member of the Florida Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association.

David D. Dybas, MPPA, CES, AMM
Auctioneer, AU 4192

David D. Dybas of Moecker Auctions, Inc. is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Master Personal Property Appraiser (MPPA), Auction Marketing Management (AMM) and a Florida Licensed Auctioneer. Working out of our Tampa office, David joined our team in 1999 after working for a large retail chain of nurseries in Central Florida and has since received his designations of GPPA in 2007, CES in 2011 and most recently in 2015 the designation of MPPA of which less than 65 NAA members hold this distinction, all from the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute. David received his Florida Auctioneers License through Miami Dade College in 2011. In addition, David has successfully completed the 15-hour Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course through Steve Williamson’s Real Estate Education Specialists in 2007.

Along with the above listed education and training, David is required to obtain 24 hours of continuing education every three years to maintain his designations through the NAA and to complete the 7-hour USPAP update course, which was taken in 2010 (15 hour), 2012 (7 hour) and 2015 (7 hour). Furthermore, the required continuing education during the course of David’s career has been achieved through attending the Florida Auctioneers Association Conventions twice a year that offers auction/appraisal and related seminars, two National Auctioneers Association Conventions in 2005 and 2011 which included a diverse selection of industry related courses/seminars and monthly CE luncheons with the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. Lastly, the attendance of an eight hour Windows based auction management software course in 2013.

David performs on-site appraisals using the guidelines of USPAP for banks, attorneys and trustees including heavy equipment, industrial machinery, restaurants, electronics and furnishings. He is also involved with the setup of auctions and management of business liquidations.

In conjunction to working for Moecker Auctions, Inc. he also works for our parent company Michael Moecker & Associates, assisting court-appointed receivers, assignees and liquidating trustees in cases with daily assignments including recovering and securing assets, inventory, and investigative work.

David is currently a member and serving on the board of directors for the Florida Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, Fellowship of Christian Auctioneers International and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.

Bryan Kinsley, Auctioneer, AU 2656

Bryan Kinsley is a professional auctioneer with over twenty years’ experience in the auction industry. As a graduate of the Florida Auctioneer Academy, Bryan began is auction career in 1999 by establishing a successful South Florida auction company. He gained extensive expertise in all aspects of the auction business by conducting hundreds of auctions including estate sales, diversified business liquidations, heavy equipment, personal property, collector cars, art and real estate. His vast experience and professional reputation helped expand his business to include contract auctioneer. Bryan also established himself as a highly sought after benefit auctioneer.

In 2005, Bryan continued his education and graduated from the Professional Ringman’s Institute where he gained additional knowledge and experienced as a ringman. He was recruited by the School of Continuing Education and Professional Development at Miami Dade College to teach the auctioneer licensing class for several years. He has mentored and coached many students throughout his career.

Bryan joined Moecker Auctions in 2016. Since then, he has established himself as an integral part of the team. Working out of the main office in Fort Lauderdale, Bryan regularly calls auctions, assists with online bidders through various auction platforms, rings for auctions, oversees auction set-ups, assists with marketing and advertising and is involved in every aspect of ongoing auction operations. He frequently conducts asset inspections and site visits for evaluation purposes. His knowledge and experience in asset liquidation has been a great asset to the Moecker Auctions team.

Bryan is a member of the Florida Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He has been the Auctioneer of Choice for the past several years at the Mango Festival held every year at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables and holds the record for highest dollar amount achieved for a special variety mango.

Amral Mohammed, Warehouse Records Manager

Amral Mohammed is in charge of warehouse records management for Michael Moecker and Associates, Moecker Operations and Moecker Auctions. He indexes, manages and maintains business records for various cases and clients within the Moecker Companies. Other duties include assisting the auction company with asset preservation, auction set-ups and auction events.

Amral has been with the Moecker Companies for over 6 years. He brings over twenty years of experience in warehouse management. Formerly with Pearl Arts and Craft, Amral managed their warehouse, pulled and verified orders and assisted with direct marketing and website orders. His attention to detail and organizational skills has made him an invaluable addition to the Moecker organization.
